The natural polishing finish is smooth
but has “matte surface” feel to touch

VIBRATORY POLISHING
Loose powder removed & polished in
vibratory finishing machine.
The vibratory polishing finish has good
quality matte surface to touch.
However all sharp edges will be
rounded to a radius of approximately
0.1mm to 0.2mm.

COLOR DYEING
Loose powder removed & sandblasted
Parts are color dyed by being submerged
in a bath containing dyed water.
Standard color : Black (More colors to be added soon)

Cutting thread or inserting threaded
